Why the hype? Its just forcing ppl into one stat, we also dont know the maximum itemlevel via pvp. Still forcing ppl into content they dont want to do. Better than in SL, maybe, but that's all. The Mindset at Blizzard is still totally wrong and a huge probme for PvP.
Wasnt it confirmed that the itemlvl of the selectable pvp items in the weekly vault depends on the highest played rating of rated bg? I would say its 100% sure that there will be epic pvp items obtainable with 200+
