Yes because let's skip the middle ground. Like just removing slows instead of making you straight up immune to anything
Would have to count the amount of enemy classes that can reapply slow/root without cooldown. If thats not much, i agree with you

just being flat out immune to slows for the entire duration and having 2 charges each on a 30 sec cd is OP. no matter what you say.
