I think they will fail on the main-aspects, and that's a huge problem.

All the Layers (Covenant, Legendaries, Soulbind). These are main-aspects for Shadowlands. And their Mindset on the game itself. Blizzard sees the game totally different, than players do. It's a huge mess imo, which cannot work out.

Also not so well done things about PvP. No PvP Stat to seperate PvP and PvE more (in general no seperation). Still simple things like no HK-Archievments, no cosmetic, etc. Prestige-System has so much potential...
