I see your point, but transmog also brings a lot of motivation for all those that dont want to compete in the "hamster wheel" we get on every new content update
And if "having the latest set so that everybody sees it" is the deciding motivation for doing or not doing content, then I would rather question the "fun" of that content. I think we are too aware of the devaluation of items on every content update to still majorly care
