the thing is, the stuff he mentions doesn't only affect the hardcore players. It affects everyone, i think even more the casuals, they play less -> they farm less = less conduits = hurts even more to respecc
For my part I will go into this Xpac as casual with an RPG mindset to enjoy the world. I may get motivated and jump into competitive PvE/PvP, but stuff like flekz mentions may kill that off. As a casual i dont need a lot of respecc i guess? Casual = no competitive ambition. I havent had a detailed look on the new systems, all i saw in the latest dev stream was talent trees in different formats :D

Honestly I think thats what WoW and the devs are trying to tell us. "Its ok to not have everything. Its ok to unsub." I think they would rather people unsub that feel forced to play because they seem to focused on building a better community, and people forced to play are ->>

Generally more angry. They seem to be pushing the idea that "its wrong to play the game as the top 1% do" honestly, im not going to worry about covenants at all until i have to, and even then im picking solely for anesthetics. Not everything has to be a damn competition.
