Humans have been eating animals since ever. Like there are animals eating other animals. But that is another discussion. My point was about industrial meat production and that people should be aware what happens there IF they eat meat.

We've been doing many morally unjustifiable things for a long time (rape, murder, torture), doesn't make it right though. Also, animals are not moral agents, therefore they cannot act upon morality, but we can.
