          Unfortinately i dont know anything about that game to understand what is going on ^^ as far as i can see in that video there are less players in a raid and there is less single-target-healing involved than in wow. My "cringe" is based exactly on that single-target-selecting

          That implies that healing is based on telegrams in front of your character, instead of clicking on a specific ally to heal? (Idk why else the camera movement would be important im the healing context)
