where exactly does it say,thats it's not just for WPVP again?Coz clearly it's just for WPVP,the same with the legion CH perks for classes,and abilites from the followers. Who cares about WPVP balance,it's unfeasible in the first place.
If they are only for WPvP then it is a miserable job not to state that in the blog post.
It will be a disaster. The time to choose it for cosmetic's is long over. Everyone wants to win/max the best. You saw it in Classic and this will continue unless you make those Abilities irelevant for high end content.
