There is absolutely no way Blizzard will be upset with you. If anything they might even commission you in the future. I've seen so many artists that draw WoW commissions that end up getting hired for special pieces.
The only artists i've seen getting legal problems are those "going to far" with the IPs of Blizzard, in context of damaging the image of their IPs (e.g. making porn). However, the point there is that the used models are too similar to those in the game. NSFW fanart is mostly ok.
SFW fanart is perfectly fine and even welcomed in practise (free advertisment), @Warcraft even retweets/shares that kind of fanart. Commissions from players may be theirs, but the IP itself will always be copyright of Blizzard.
I know about porn, I heard Blizzard VERY dislike it. But under NSFW what then enters? Nudity? Or too sexual poses, even with clothes? For example, my artwork with Lilith and Whitemane.
