I think Classic will be hit by the private server bunch, and thats what will keep it going. Nostralius (cant spell) had a shit ton of people on it. They will keep it alive. Anything beyond Wrath is where I see the downturn. Vanilla, BC, Wrath. Will be strong.
The question is: Are they willing to pay for something they could have been playing for free the whole time? :D Is there a classic-only sub for warcraft then? Is it cheaper than the normal sub?

No, its the normal sub. 14.99 a month. I would think that having classic now, like it is, and paying 15 a month is better then playing on private and then one grand day you lose everything cause blizz has shut that shit down. But, people are a toss up.
