fyi: our main argument was that slamming 6-month bans into the face of people without warning was too harsh. For something that blizz already knew and had us let do it since vanilla. You know what else is against ToS but has never been a problem? Art of copyrighted characters.
that is why blizzard revoked all bans and made a clear statement now. This is how to handle it proper´ly. Now everyone knows whats up and can decide to be banned in the future or not using mods anymore.
