cose I have 385. if I go to bg or arena norait I'l take 355 ilvl. if Il take more then 1400 rating Il meet 415 ilvl team and they will fuck my booty no pvp quests most pvp activitys useless for arena need pve equip. when you take good pvp item no need in it already

I would say you can do Arena and still get some gear with only 1400 rating, i mean, its only 395 in the weekly chest, but its something. Only by casual PvP not a lot of itemlvl is achievable, true.
