If you want to play the format (single player skill check), it will come back the Devs said. The Legion Tower is gone for good imho, that challenge and their rewards were part of the content as it was live. The timeless-exclusiveness is part of the reward, like Ahead of the Curve
Although you have my condolence if you could not play Legion as it was live :3

Sadly I was only around for the first month or so. Real life got in the way. Of course, real life doesn't exist any more, so I get to play BFA instead. (I feel cheated)
