As long as the artist receives credit I think it should be fine, but if you’re ever unsure you can always ask the artist.
For me personally, I don’t mind my work being shared as long as you @ me. ^_^
That should be clarified when you propose your commission :) if you pay for it, usually you can do whatever you want with the outcome. Ask the artist about these things beforehand to avoid trouble
