Do you guys still have lag in WoW? I get lag when I try to mount, but my mount doesn't spawn and then when I attack mobs I can't attack them because it says i'm mounted... 
Yeh, thats an annoying bug that happens in open world. I think it may to do with the shard technology. I change to another zone, log oit, let myself get invited to another shard as a workaround

When you login it's like fine, but as soon as you go somewhere and change CRZ or shard it breaks and the lag starts.
