as a horde i still dont get what the problem was and why the alliance needs 30% bonus to do open pvp and the horde only 10%
1/2 Racial abilities are very imbalanced (and horde favoured) since Legion, people changed to horde to have them racials (for PvE and PvP). Cause the better players went to horde, other people followed them to have good mates. Look at this screenshot of myth raid first kills.pic.twitter.com/tPA3uR2cWz

2/2 So many more and better players were at horde side, meaning that open world pvp was like 4 horde vs 1 alliance. So alliance peeps turned warmode off, cause they only get ganked. Horde ppeps turned warmode on, cause free 10%. Results in more faction imbalance for warmode on.

Right now the "weaker" faction (determined weekly by Warmode On stats) gets a bonus for the bonus % in Warmode on along with a weekly quest to kill 25 enemy players. And as I see (I've always played with WM on on both factions) this change brings fruits :)
