Vegan is not the same as vegetarian. I seen in people i know that they need supplementary pills cause vegan (at least their belief level food) is not enough for a "healthy" diet.

A lot of vegan levels. some vegans dont eat apples if they are still on the tree (cause it hurts the tree). Some of them dont eat the apples when they are on the floor (now it is part of the insect ecosystem). So, some want to do good for others but forget about themselves.
I respect vegan lifestyle because I sense the good will of the persons deciding to change what they eat. Otherwise i would make fun of them cause i think it is stupid to give up our alpha rank in the foodchain (we humans are also animals, and omnivores, thats simply a fact)
