Maybe you noticed one new tag in this post, let me tell you what it means. I'm a person with lots of psycological problems and I have depression for more than a year. And one of my biggest problem is that I don't know how to express my feelings, how to enjoy life and be happy.

I was taught to be quiet & don't share my thoughts a lot. I always was an introvert, but with years became absolutely closed to people. I afraid to talk with people, afraid that they will think smth bad, and afraid to be myself. + lots of sad life events made me 100% unconfident.

Maybe this sounds a bit silly, but I want to change my life, want to feel comfy with you and myself. Want to learn to enjoy life and little moments! From today I will look through my little dayly events to find things which make me feel good and happy :)

Writting everything only in my notebook will allow me to "well, not today" or "oh, I skipped a day again..." or "ok, will start next month". But doing this publicly means some kind of responcibility, that's why I made this decision to share happy events here.

Yesterday I was full of determination, but today started to afraid again about what people will think about this. My husband told me "That's why you never start this". I'm still a bit nervous. At this very moment I have doubts, but once the post done there will be no way back
