Sooo... Luis Fonsi is not "in the band". He's a solo artist who wrote the song. The song is extremely sexual and ends with saying that he's going to "do it so right that she's going to scream"... For the record, to us Latinos, Biden's stunt was stupid and insulting.

Hey Uncle Tom, It just so happens that @LuisFonsi (the singer of Despacito) had just introduced Biden so playing the song was entirely appropriate.
