You touched on a good subject about empty units- we need to have an added tax on those empty units, if they remain vacant 70% of the year.

Legally its unconstitutional to just give those empty units to homeless people the way I would want to but I think
@VoteAshcraft is totally right about the moral need to challenge that position.@NialElkim is right about the consequences of building our way out.

Lol, thorium power as in an alternative type of nuclear power? Im not generally a fan of nuclear power, not sure how thorium differs in safety or the lifecycle of carbon emmission (nuclear power plant cost an enormous amount to get started)
