The powerless @Lenovo human buffers promised someone actually entitled to make a decision would call me within 3 business days. Of course no one did! Why believe anything an employee not empowered to make any decision claims? But why employ people to be useless? What human waste!
Oh, and after 6 failed repairs or which 2 months at the shop, we're back to the original problem of keyboard keys failing, in addition to iatrogenic overheating and spontaneous reboot issues.
