Somehow #Quickref fails on UIOP for the same reason as most previous attempts at documentation except HEΛP: it only extracts symbols from the first package in the system, when the system creates fifteen of them.

It seems that sb-introspect cannot figure out a source for the other packages. Thanks for the report.

Probably because they are defined with the upgrade-friendly uiop:define-package, rather than the upgrade-undefined (and on sbcl, upgrade-prohibiting) cl:defpackage. Do whatever HEΛP does, and/or snapshot the list of packages before and after every system compilation.
