I have been using an Apple touchpad for a while because it is supposedly more ergonomic than a mouse but I start to feel pain almost immediately. Am I using it wrong? If that’s the case I don’t see the point

When I was in deep RSI pain, what worked for me was a kinesis keyboard with a Logitech trackball taped in the middle. Also many months of recovery, adopting a better posture, painkillers, physical therapy. At some point, using chopsticks to press keys. what
