Hey what are some interesting non-traditional x86-64 calling conventions? Like for functions that promise not to touch floating point registers, or promise not to load from memory, or promise not to store to memory, etc, which would help to optimize the calling function.

ROP. Various FORTH calling conventions. The calling conventions of various VMs, particularly those supporting first-class continuations. Using vector registers to process 256 or 512 threads in parallel, each one bit at a time. Coloring registers across functions.
