@TeamYouTube This can't keep happening. The counter claim SHOULD NOT go to the claiment, but to a third party. If it doesn't, this system will always be open to abuse. What is the point of it going to the claiment when they are clearly biased? #wtfu

On YouTube the counter claim goes to the claiment to dispute whether or not copyright infringement occurred on a third party site. The owners of said site should be the ones to distribute it or else the claiment always has to much power.

‥…little thing despite fair use. The system itself makes no sense. And no, counter claim is a basic right in that you can argue a claim is wrong. It's international.
