Hi, I just started to play with the new end-to-end encryption thing, but I hastily dismissed the message with the private key words. Now I seem to be stuck with no way to reset the key, ergo no way to use e2e encryption. Any suggestions?

Which client do you use? We still have to implement 'show the key words" with Android and the desktop client. For the Android app, state is here: https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues/2128 … for desktop I have to check.

Hi guys. I updated to version 13, enabled end-to-end encryption, but I see no way to encrypt a folder in linux desktop client. I read somewhere it is needed version 2.4 of the desktop client to do this, but in your site it is still available only version 2.3.3. Can you help?

As I suppose that most users are on "stable" I suggest to
@Nextclouders to show also for these "stable" users a notification "new (stable) version already available on beta channel". -
That is an interesting suggestion. Currently technically not possible, but perhaps something to add in future releases.
