"He shitted himself. My wife is ex-military. You're gonna kill him now. He defecated on himself...can you hear me?"
Witness to Jordan Neely killing said this on camera to the men killing him. The NYT has yet to see fit to report that. It's not in one of their reports.

Good video of an nypd cop doing traffic enforcement. From reddit: reddit.com/r/NYStateOfMin

The video this transcript comes from is the same video that has been published before. However, this part was removed from that video. We saw and heard what happened before and after. They cut this part out. It is now released. This is really bad for everyone involved
Jordan Neely’s uncle slammed Mayor Eric Adams on Tuesday, said he isn’t welcome at his nephew’s funeral and that he doesn’t know “any mayor who parties and bullshits” as much as Adams
Jordan Neely was killed 9 days ago. The New York Times have never shared these witness statements heard on the video.
Jordan Neely performing as Michael Jackson which he liked to do. He was killed yesterday after a man held him in a chokehold for 15 min while two other men helped hold him down

I count at least 8 nypd here by their own account arresting someone for not showing id. According to the police are overworked and need to hire a lot more cops.
Replying to
He was alluding to the fact that the choke hold and restraints the men had on Jordan for over 4 minutes was killing him, and he knews this bc his wife was in the military and they teach that

Daniel Penny is from Long Island. His parents are reportedly trump supporters, right wingish. Penny the son is as well. It wouldnt be hard for the NYT to go out there and craft a story with receipts that reflects poorly on Penny. That they havent is a deliberate choice.

No? Huh, interesting.

What do you mean? Thats why the witness said, "my wife is in the military." At least that's what I assume.
Hello. A witness to Jordan Neely murder was saying stop, you're gonna murder him, he has defecated on himself. The Mayor went on CNN and referred to it as "passengers assisting someone." Local press has been just as derelict, editing it out of shared clips.

"Adams is simply not up to the job of governing the country’s biggest city. He isn’t very bright, shows no leadership skills, and doesn’t have the slightest idea of how to project an image of competence or caring." :
Hey can you clarify please, what does "displaying traits of an armed person" mean? Please clarify. Thank you
I like how you cant have a sidewalk cafe before 10am on a sunday because people chatting and having coffee is annoying, but twice a week every car owner on a block can sit in their idling double parked car for two hours and make a shit show for street cleaning

Are media orgs deliberately obscuring the possibility of white supremacist background of Daniel Penny by making a decision to not look into it? And look, im not saying that is true. I am saying media have went in depth on Neely and crickets so far on Penny.
I think the Mayor is butt hurt a 90 year old Holocaust survivor had the audacity to challenge him at a public forum.

these kind of purposely misleading responses, willfully misunderstanding the criticism in an effort to redirect the conversation, are boring, and serve only your ego and that of your colleagues.

Not sure but my experience says people on the train are often feeling things and it's never acknowledged. They are hurt, tired, hungry, desperate, sad, angry, etc. To have someone acknowledge that can make them feel seen and thats probably emotional when you feel invisible

a NYTimes reporter took a video of a car choked block, including parked vehicles on both sides, and asked, why are their so many cars? An economics(!) reporter responded, because their isn't enough parking
A law enforcement officer.(court) just told me to mind my own business after I chastised them for parking in a bus stop. This speaks to their world view. This is my business. I live here, im the public, this is public space. They dont see the public as a body of concern

At intersection where 7-year-old Naadhun Dolma was killed by a driver, cars dont stop for stop sign. As nyc intentionally doesnt enforce state daylighting laws, cars park right on top of intersection. This leads to death which deems "acceptable" to maintain free parking

Agreed. I would argue here the NYPD didn't fail to deescalate but instead successfully escalated the situation. Was there, saw it happen numerous times. You could surmise it's strategy. I know you've been to things like this too and have seen it yourself.

In this NYT article about Daniel Penny and Jordan Neely, the reporters, Michael Wilson and Andy Newman, spoke to at least 7 people about Neely. His father, classmates, friends, social workers
They spoke with one person about Penny, who said he was easy going and wanted to help
I didn't say "concealed" and I am not being pedantic. We don't really know why they did not report on those comments in full or why every video I saw had it edited out. We just know even though they were filing reports every day, sometimes multiple, and they exlcuded it.
Funny, people who complain about their tax dollars never seem to cite this figure in their complaints
