        it won’t because the ‘subject to jurisdiction’ words in 14th amendment. it is the allegiance (complete jurisdiction) of the child's birth parents at the time of birth that determines the child's citizenship--not geographical location.

        The 25th Amend't is a more realistic consideration at this point. Who needs a wannabe dictator who insulted Obama's EO's but would use them block freedom of religion, birthright citizenship, & possibly pardon himself if necessary? (That's incapacitation if I've ever heard of it.)
