When constraints are placed around free speech, how can we still call it free speech. 🤔

It isn't if you are teaching an introductory course. He slept with his 9 year old child bride so by today's standards that's how he could be described. But not by someone abusing a teaching position

That was true for other religions as well, including Christianity. Women were considered of age in those times when they hit puberty.

Give me example where Christians praise sex with 8yo. Plus we love science and now we know that this is wrong - but not for Muslim. Each priest that would say that no matter what age woman should serve his husband - would be excommunicated.

All I did was point out that marrying women at that age was common in biblical times.

Muhammad doesn’t live in our times. If you’re going to vilify Muslims for child marriage practices during those times, you should vilify other religions that do as well. Isaac married Rebecca when she was three.

What year is on your calendar? Muslims TODAY sleep with kids and it's OK with them. Is it OK with you?
