        America has the right to say no to 7000 + economic migrants. They should be vetted on the Mexican side to save the trouble of deportation. The ones who organize these ‘caravans’ can be responsible to feed and house them.

        Yes, they're *exceptions*. Meaning, everyone who shows up at the border has the right, under U.S. law, to seek asylum. There will then be a determination-as also set out in the law-as to whether asylum is granted.

        No, it means that since they came from 2 safe countries, Mexico and Guatemala, they are not allowed to apply for an asylum in USA. It is stated in Exception A, of the very link that YOU provided. Now be gone.
