And look what happened to congress in 2010 when Obama had that 2% lower approval rating. Both are/were bad, and that's the point of the article. The approval rating would seem to indicate a possible flip in the control of the House.

Where exactly did they miss the mark? They reported the comparison on the one poll -2%, and also reported the comparison of the aggregated polls. Where do you believe they were inaccurate? And as far as legacy, 53% now approve of Obamacare

Caught Newsweek posting an article online that was an out and out lie. Went to quote the article and found they changed the information with a small note of retraction at the bottom. Have not read it since.
