As a community we must have zero tolerance for violence against women. Today @PaulFletcherMP and I launched the next stage of the 'Stop it at the Start' campaign. See http://respect.gov.au  for more. pic.twitter.com/vTObXnE1j2

So if it’s my daughter in such a position, say 1 woman at a party with 6 guys, I will educate her on the errors of her way and castrate the men involved. Not punish ever man with a penis and an attraction to the female body.

This is the wrong question. There is a reason we don’t let alleged victims be the judge, on juries or decide the penalties for an accused. Society at large decides guilt on evidence & assesses the penalties.https://twitter.com/newsweek/status/1051676557121650688?s=21 …

And this standard applies even when cases are not criminal cases. And so society can determine that a 35+year old charge as to which there are no corroborating witnesses is insufficient to support blocking someone who has a clean record of 30+ years from the Supreme Court

And society can determine that that same charge, given the lack of evidence, can be weighed against other factors it deems important to the choice of such a justice.

And society can determine that if individuals don’t like that they can answer at the ballot box or go through procedures to change the constitution.

Kavanaugh didn't do anything to anyone, so are you asking what if it was my daughter who was caught lying about sexual assault?
