"Novichok" means "New Guy". Invented in the 1980s. Bad stuff. I can't figure out how people handle it without dying. In the NoKo Kil-Kim's-Rival incident, they wiped VX on the guy's face with a cloth. How are the killers still alive?

It's a binary weapon, so it's safe to handle until both compounds are combined upon deployment or delivery.

Thanks for the work that you did to stick that knowledge in your brain. How do you think that the assassins in the NoKo case handled VX without dying? I mean, they wiped a cloth in the guy's face. I would have expected to die. Cpt. Waller? Camp McCall?

I don't know about VX, which is not a binary weapon, but one would presume that it can be delivered by protecting the hand of the assassin. Novichok can kill in microdoses much smaller than a VX dose, according to the Russian scientists I interviewed who developed it.
