Police say that around 15 Saudis, including officials, arrived in Istanbul on two flights on Tuesday and were at the consulate at the same time as Khashoggi They left the country the same day. Khashoggi went to the consulate to receive an official document for his marriage.

UPDATE: The NYT says at least 9 of the 15 of the susspects identified by Turkey in the disappearance of Jamal Khashoggi worked for the Saudi security services, military or goverment, with four suspects having ties to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
