UPDATE: Scotland Yard say; The Met's Counter-Terrorism Command is leading the investigation into the incident at Westminster, after a car crashed into security barriers outside the Houses of Parliament.

UPDATE: Scotland Yard say; the terror suspect is currently not co-operating with authorities and is not known to the security services. One female remains in serious condition in hospital as a result of the car ramming incident.
