It's a private organization within its rights and powers to restrict employee speech. That's a
#collectivebargaining issue, not a#freespeech issue. -

To keep people from getting the wrong idea, maybe throw in some clarification, such as "public displays of their first amendment rights during the national anthem." Private employers do these things to avoid controversy. Now, if this were a government institution...
