All-star spectacle it may be, but “Avengers: Infinity War” is still like listening to two and a half hours of Tin Machine, Anthony Lane writes: http://nyer.cm/bg3mBuX pic.twitter.com/xe42gZjkdA

Hey guys it was really cool the way your review chose to give away the ending of a film that's been out less than 24 hours. That shows tremendous respect for your readers.

You’re not really going to that movie for the “plot” (yes, quotes) are you?

I mean… yes. The fates of characters are pretty integral to the investment people have in the series.

Thats just a terrible piece of writing. You've disclosed, everything about the movie, the plot, the sequence the ending. I mean. why would you want to watch a movie you've waited forever for after reading this post because it kills every excitement you could possibly have.

Fuck you, @NewYorker for giving away the ending to the biggest film of the year THE WEEKEND it opens. You fucking jackasses.

Do you think every cube looks like a liquor glass? Lol, I've read plenty of negative reviews of the film that I respect, but this is just... abysmal writing.

Jesus... obviously the writer of this article has a serious problem with this genre of film. That wasn't a review, read like a scathing attack.

How dare you bring Tin Machine into this? Also, great analogy.

I just had to read the headline to know this is some wisecracks penned down to hurt and trivialize the emotions of the fans by some lonely out of reality shithead who completely misses the metaphors and culmination of imagination and creativity within the pop culture

It is still 150 minutes of CGI wank-fest, sub-par writing and bad acting. No one gives a flying fuck how anyone feels about anything, nor should they. If this is what you like, enjoy it, but don't pretend it's something grand or meaningful in any way.

As the only person who's never seen but two of the Marvel flix, it would be great if they were available on a streaming service. They are not, leaving me to try and beg for them on some weird IRC channel.
