        You do realize that Florida's bedrock is permeable? Even if it made sense to build barriers around an enormous peninsula, the water would just percolate underneath.

        Yes of course. And glaciers are melting in certain areas. While other areas are colder year over year. By fractions of degrees. We cannot predict anoth glacial ageasmost if the planet is water. As are most of our bodies. We can take care of both.
