Trump’s strike will do little, in the long term, to help restore stability to a turbulent Syria.http://nyer.cm/dOLZ29J

It wasn’t effective last year. People have already forgotten. He can’t play the hero, protecting Syrians, then not allow refugees into our country to further protect them.

Adorable seeing “liberals” call for regime change in Syria. Apparently overthrowing Assad, and arming and fighting on behalf of AlQaeda is the new progressive. “Liberals” have been completely neutered on the war issue. Too busy picking out new pussyhats.

That wasn’t the mission ignorant illiterate bafoons, the mission was to deter the use of chemical weapons, cripple the production of such weapons. “Not” eliminate the use of them but to hinder it. Mission Accomplished...

It’s amazing that The New Yorker cares more about Trump negativity than civilians including women and children being killed with chemical weapons. If Trump did nothing you would be criticizing that with silence on Sec Kerry’s failure to rid Syria of these weapons. #FakeNews

It sends a powerful message to those dictators interested in using weapons of mass destruction to murder their own people.

Since “restoring stability” wasn’t his goal in response to a chemical attack, this post is fake news.

I agree "Mission Accomplished" was a bit premature. It should only be used once when bigotry and selective "reporting" is completely wiped out in the insane and narrowly focused "corporations" such as The New Yorker.

... the attributes amateurish and dilettantish in their negative meanings - originally they had to do with love - should be replaced by malicious and spiteful for the perfidious clown albeit their inclusion of some intelligence.
