Trump said, “It’s an attack on our country, in a true sense. It’s an attack on what we all stand for.” He was still talking about the raid on Michael Cohen’s office, but he made it sound—dangerously—like treason.http://nyer.cm/RFP7cCo

The unrelenting discipline of the #MuellerInvestigation and now the US atty for #SDNY is inspiring. Where are @SpeakerRyan and @SenateMajLdr on passing legislation to #ProtectMueller? The silence and complicity from every corner the @GOP is deafening.

Trump, or his lawyer, are NOT the country. The country is under attack from Trump, and his lawyer. "all we stand for"? Huh? A lawyer suspected of crimes serious enough that a judge grants a search warrant?

Yet to obtain a warrant they needed evidence. Trump continues to demonstrate his lack of knowledge regarding laws and how our country operates. There’s something to be found , and if you’re hiding things it will only look worse in the end. Raids don’t occur without evidence...

What attack? A legal search warrant, obtained through a judge appointed by Trump himself, served on his attorney. That would seem anything but an "attack." Syria is attacking its people; Trump is attacking our very Republic.

It’s a tactic generally used against organized crime, against very serious, very serious criminals and lawyers who are operating outside of the protections of the law,” said Alan Dershowitz, a liberal attorney and frequent critic of Mueller’s tactics.
