Is collusion a crime? Trump and his supporters have long insisted that it is not illegal. The Justice Department may have a different view.http://nyer.cm/bCVEB30

Curious on when the New Yorker was going to ask such a pressing, PRESSING question. Is a crime ever truly a crime especially if those who are probably committing it and benefiting from it say it isn't? Can't wait for the piece on money laundering being about cleanliness. 🙄

I really hope someone rubs Mueller's feet at night and reminds him he's doing a good job.

there's a trail of much worse for this dedicated man, Mueller, to judiciously tackle, despite having a life of his own.

Collusion may not be a crime. But conspiracy is, and you can be sure that’s what Mueller is in the process of pinning down.

The legal term is conspiracy. If you’ve committed an overt act in support of criminal activity, you’ve colluded and we call that conspiracy.

Collusion means conspiracy. It’s a crime if the thing colluded on is a crime, like illegal election funding or defrauding the electoral process. It isn’t illegal to collude to get laid more...just to use one pertinent example.
