Stinkbugs, indoors, seem inordinately graceless and impossibly dumb. But, as we all now know, being graceless and dumb is no obstacle to being powerful and horrifying: http://nyer.cm/WU1GN5B pic.twitter.com/KqxDnkrKe2

I was engaged in open warfare with these things for the past two winters, but this year they’ve strangely been replaced by Japanese lady beetles. The best defense against both? One of these cheap floor lamps with a plastic bowl, which draws them in and then traps them.pic.twitter.com/eEx8kaEeI5

Thanks for the tip!!! Tbh I have the reverse of your problem - Where once was ladybugs, now only stinkbugs tread and BOY do they tread EVERYWHERE. I swear I'd never even seen one until about a year and a half ago.

Ugh, I hate them so much. The last straw was when I put on a sweater and one that was hiding inside it ended up IN MY HAIR, which I only noticed after casually scratching my head in class and getting stinked. Such acts of aggression cannot be tolerated! 😖

Scientists have got to do something now. I suggest modifying the genes of the stinkbugs to start a war with the ladybugs, possibly eliminating both species. It’ll be like Trump and Kim Jong Un. Once both are destroyed it will be safe for mankind.
