Hope Hicks is kidding herself if she thinks that her tenure in the Trump White House will be judged only for harmless, situational untruths, David Remnick writes.http://nyer.cm/W4m9bww

Whatever she's done, she looks good and is quiet, so nothing much will happen to her. That's the way of our world. She'll be on DWTS before you know it.

Hardly... if she lied to Mueller and the FBI she will likely be charged. Only if she flips and cuts a deal will she avoid prosecution. Such a young woman would not fair well in prison, and would likely do anything to avoid it.

Hope Hicks is a pretty package on the outside, and some people are giving her a pass bc of it. It’s a weird sexism/lookism. Don’t be fooled; she’s as corrupt and filthy as Bannon. Just with a more attractive mask.

She was a PR professional who was part of the Trump organization before there was an “administration”. Translation: she was a trained liar who knew exactly what the Trumps are all about. She was a conduit.

She was with him for 3 years. She had plenty of time to make an ethical judgement. One would need to be deeply in denial to not be aware of his past, present, and future criminal behavior and perennial ickiness.

I hope Hicks' white lies didn't include anything she told Mueller back in December, cuz as pretty as she is, I don't think she'll look good wearing orange.

Hicks is an adult who has shored up the most corrupt person to ever sit in the White House. I hope the consequences hit her square in the nose.
