The new tax bill also took away millions of acres of federal land reserved for wild horses which will result in the slaughter of thousands of them so ranchers can graze more cattle.https://www.google.com/amp/abcnews.go.com/amp/US/wild-horses-facing-slaughter-us-government-proposes-regulations/story%3fid=52538898#ampshare=http://abcnews.go.com/US/wild-horses-facing-slaughter-us-government-proposes-regulations/story?id%3D52538898 …

It's bad enough this Administration is ruining the lives of humans but now to take it out on helpless wild horses is crazy. Oh why am I surprised, they wanted to slaughter elephants too...I hate this crap.

"Everyone likes birds. What wild creature is more accessible to our eyes and ears, as close to us and everyone in the world, as universal as a bird?" - David Attenborough Except the Trump family and @SecretaryZinke, who prefer their wildlife dead on their un-living room walls.

My husband and I sent postcards protesting this #birdkiller amendment to our PA senator, @SenToomey 4 weeks ago. This week we each received responses in the mail—about DACA. Senator, your staff didn’t even need to open an envelope to read them. #DoYourJob. @audubonsociety #MBTA

Yet another disrespectful, callous, destructive, money grubbing act on the part of this Admin. If allowed to continue this country will lose its beauty and become a toxic wasteland. I notified my representatives of my contempt for their coldness to natural wildlife

We have given an awful exhibition of slaughter and de- struction, which may serve as a warning to all mankind. Let us now give an example of wise conservation of what remains of the gifts of nature...We must act earnestly if we would accomplish good results. John F Lacey(R)

Well they've already dismantled the regulation prohibiting hunting w/ lead ammunition on national park lands so why not go after the other major cause of eagle deaths, power pole electrocutions. What do we need a national symbol for anyway? </sarcasm>
