Bump stocks are part of a class of legal products that are designed specifically to increase a semiautomatic weapon’s rate of fire: http://nyer.cm/Oy75ljn pic.twitter.com/CBpmxudf4j

Now show it on bi-pods like in Vegas hotel room and how it doesn't work on bi-pods.

Ok, I'm convinced thanks....I just looked up even more convincing videos.. Right after Vegas I watched a bunch of videos of people struggling to get them to work. I guess the skill has been perfected by many now. I still wish the truth would come out about Vegas shooting.

You guys know all you need to get the same effect out of a rifle is a shoelace right? I'm not all pro bump stock, but it is what it is.

I know a guy who would employ a belt loop on his jeans to make it happen, haha.

Yep. I personally don’t care about bump stocks & would give them up in a compromise. Bump stocks for silencers. Reciprocity? Cant trust some states. Silencers makes sense. Why intentionally handicap one of your primary senses when using something dangerous. Muffle the gun.

Trouble is, too many people think silencers work like they do in movies.

True that. It only suppresses the sound for the shooter anything forward of the muzzle still gets the sonic crack. Sub-sonic turns a semiauto into a single shot without some major gas port tuning and it still will not be reliable. Especially to bump fire.

IT TURN'S A SIMI INTO A FULL AUTO. IT WAS ILLEGAL TO CONVERT A SIMI TO FULL AUTO. THE BUMP STOCK CONVERTD THE WEAPON. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THIS FOR REPUBLICAN'S TO UNDERSTAND! OH RIGHT, THERE BOUGHT AND PAYED FOR BY THE NRA AND GUN MANUFACTURERS!

Besides killing more humans in less time, what would be the 'legitimate' purpose of bump stocks? Target practice? Killing wild boars? Bears? I guess idk the exact need. If someone can explain
