A former A.M.I. employee said that David Pecker sometimes used catch-and-kill arrangements as “leverage” over celebrities. Could he do the same with the President? http://nyer.cm/wSZEDFY pic.twitter.com/UiDOFkvdks

Of course. Leverage in this context is defined as access to POTUS and therefore oppty to lobby and have influence.

@RonanFarrow Think about the very odd behavior of many in the GOP. Has Pecker been providing Trump with damaging intell to use as leverage and influence -- or worse, extortion and blackmail?! Someone needs to dig deeper -- there's def more to this. #FollowTheMoney

as an employee, where she was dressed as a 'bunny', and where she was photographed with Trump (and with members of his family). Is this accurate? There were two separate Playboy Mansion parties related to 'The Apprentice' where Trump and Ms. McDougal interacted? (4/4)

(presumably of Playboy or of Hefner). No date is provided for the second Playboy Mansion party mentioned in the article, an event which was also somehow related to 'The Apprentice', and which was held by Trump himself. Apparently, Ms. McDougal also attended the second party (3/4)

Ms. McDougal. Based on a quote from John Crawford that is provided in the article (i.e., "[...]Trump was 'another powerful guy hitting on her, a gal who’s paid to be at work'"), it would seem that Ms. McDougal attended the July 2006 event as an employee (2/4)

There seem to be two Playboy Mansion parties mentioned in the article - the first was thrown by Hugh Hefner in June 2006, on the occasion of the filming of an episode of 'The Apprentice' at the Mansion; this is where President Trump apparently first met (1/4)

If he had affairs he did it as a regular American citizen. Is that a crime now. Because a whole hell of lot of people will be locked up.

Nothing here that we didn't know about the crude horn-dog in the White House, but interesting info re Natl. Enquirer. Not only a trash rag but a blackmail enterprise!

Good point. I guess this means the National Enquirer is a newspaper in reverse - it buries news.
