        Same. I'm all for making fun of myself or my country, but not by using this kind of clichés, please. You're dismissing the fight of countless French women who joined the movement, mustered the courage to speak up against harassment and were scandalized by Deneuve's declaration.

        So surprised by this piece. Ignorant and gross generalizations made on the premise that French women as whole lack female solidarity. I get that this was supposed to be 'satirical' but for anyone French this is insulting and in complete contradiction of the me too movement.
