This podcast helped me sleep well when I had issues with sleep months ago. His voice lures you into a splendid serenity. Can't express how helpful this podcast is for people.

Do it! You will be in for a pleasant surprise. I was skeptical at first but then he won me over. He does a lot of different stories so there is probably one for you.

agreed! I have a lot of anxiety-related sleep issues but he works magic. he’s just engaging enough to distract you from your thoughts but just boring enough to put you to sleep. I’ve never made it to the end of an episode 💤

He’s got a magical voice for sure! Have you ever woken late into the episode? I remember one time it was the two hour mark into me sleeping and him talking about some crazy story. I think they get progressively more outrageous. I applaud him for doing this to help people like us.

ProTip: Youtube 'documentaries' about 'ancient aliens' is also great entertainment that can help you fall asleep. Alternatively, regular ancient history documentaries are also entertaining sleep inducers. You can even re-watch the same ones every night and zzzzZZZZzzzzzz....

Try "Gardener's Corner" on @bbcradioulster - wake up during the night to "what are the best roses"/"how to trim box hedges"/"best way to eliminate slugs"-plus the accent. Have used for years. LOVE

I listen to audiobooks at night. You have to find the perfect balance of not so boring you start thinking about your problems and not so exciting that you stay awake wanting to hear more.

that’s exactly what this podcast does; I couldn’t tell you what a single story has ever been about, but it’s enough to focus on that it pulls you out of your own thoughts
