The question of whether Trump has the right mind to be President must be seen for what it is: a political question.http://nyer.cm/37ciGEK

Questions of his clear narcissistic sociopathy & profound ignorance aside, it is becoming obvious Trump is suffering from dementia, and the pace of his decline is rapidly accelerating under the pressures of office. This is not a political quesion. This is a survival question.

None of those concerns about Trump’s mental state will matter. Republicans see an opportunity to gain all they dreamed from a President lacking focus or consistency. Unless he is found guilty of an actual crime, get comfy, he is going to be there; dismantingling regulations!

And that's why it must be addressed as a #Medical question! They guy is nuts for gods sake - that much is clear to even a casual observer (crowd size? wiretapping? etc). Why is no one insisting on a complete exam, especially at the @StateDept and at @DeptofDefense ?

This is B.S. No one of any party should be cavalier about the strong possibility that this 71-year old who lives on KFC and McDonald's and who has a genetic predisposition for dementia is no longer "all there". Not after Reagan.

What Trump is proving is that he is a lot smarter than Congress. And, I might add, the Press. Hanging on every word. As my dad would have said, “might as well laugh as cry.”

It is a political question if posed by those with political intentions. It is a medical one if posed through objectivity. The problem is ascertaining political intent. But in your case it's easy: your tweet is blatantly political.
