I heard everything, the Drs. Dismissed me ..until I told them exactly what they were saying. Their faces! Wish I had an iPhone then ! Oh SNAP!

Me too until I finally went all the way under. I heard the Dr. ‘break’ my nose as part of the corrective rhinoplasty
also. Eek. -
Happened to me too! They didn't believe me until I repeated back the conversation. Felt like I couldn't breathe, couldn't move; didn't feel any pain. But I knew what they were doing!

This is why I believe people "see/have been to heaven". They don't really, but the people praying over them tell them these things ( in severe life or death situations)

You need to read more accounts of NDEs. That does not apply to the majority of them. Check out Pim van Lommel's papers in Lancet and elsewhere.

That’s sad. Btw social media snaps & and this verbal comment / conduct - we’re not safe. Not even under the effects of anesthesia

Fascinating, with interesting implications for NDEs and other anomalous experiences.

Yes and that’s why I’ve always asked for approval to wear my ear buds and my IPod Nano (yes! The nano because it’s small) for all my cancer related surgeries.

Yes! This shit happens. There have been times when a patient wakes up and will look at me and say something in response to our conversation they overhead when sleep. They’re usually given a drug which helps them forget and we usually try to keep it down when they’re waking.
